Willie Dixon, a beloved soul who graced the world with his presence, passed away on March 26, 2024, in Augusta, Georgia. Born on May 16, 1962, in the same city that he called home throughout his life, Willie lived a life filled with passion, kindness, and unwavering love for those around him.

As family and friends mourn his departure, they take solace in commemorating his life at the upcoming services arranged in his honor. The visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home in Augusta. A Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, April 6, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Baptist Church in Girard. Willie will then be laid to rest at the same location in a solemn burial ceremony starting at 12:15 PM.
