Angles Gibbs, a devoted homemaker and cherished member of her community, passed away on May 3, 2025, in Augusta, Georgia, at the age of sixty-six. Born on March 22, 1959, in the quaint town of Metter, Georgia, Angles was a beacon of warmth and strength, nurturing her family and friends with unparalleled love and compassion.

Throughout her life, Angles dedicated herself to creating a sanctuary of comfort and joy within her home, cultivating a space where laughter and love flourished. Her exceptional ability to bring people together, coupled with her innate gift for caregiving, left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her. Angles's unwavering support and encouragement were not just limited to her family; she extended her kindness to all, becoming a confidant and friend to many.

As we gather to celebrate her life and honor her memory, friends and family are invited to attend the visitation on Monday, May 12, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home, located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext., Augusta, Georgia. The funeral service will take place the following day, Tuesday, May 13, at 11:00 AM at Mt Sinai Baptist Church, situated at 2127 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Augusta, Georgia. Following the service, Angles will be interred at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Hephzibah, Georgia, where well-wishers are welcome to join the family for a brief ceremony at 12:15 PM.
