It is with profound sadness and unending love that we announce the passing of Fakeem Christopher Brown, affectionately known as Chris, who departed this life on November 20, 2025. Born on February 21, 1992, Chris was a devoted father, brother, son, and friend whose presence brought strength, laughter, and warmth to everyone who knew him.
Chris lived with a heart open to love and a spirit full of perseverance. He was the one who picked up the phone, the one who checked in on holidays, the one who showed up — loyal, dependable, and genuine. A proud father, brother, and son, he valued family above everything and made sure those around him felt supported, remembered, and loved.
Chris had a drive that inspired others. A go-getter by nature, he carried an ambition that moved him through every challenge with courage and determination. Hislaughter was memorable, his kindness unforgettable, and his love for his family unwavering. His absence leaves an irreplaceable space in our lives, but his memory remains a guiding light that will continue to shine through every story, every smile, and every moment he once touched.
Chris was a dedicated forklift operator and a hardworking provider who took pride in caring for his family. His work ethic reflected who he was — determined, reliable, and committed. No matter the challenge, he showed up with purpose, carrying the weight of responsibility with love and integrity.
Outside of work, Chris enjoyed the good moments life had to offer. He loved traveling, exploring nice restaurants, enjoying home-cooked meals, and most of all — spending time with his family. His laughter, his energy, and the joy he found in simple moments will forever remain in the hearts of those he loved. He taught us that showing up matters. That small gestures — a call, a text, a “you good?” — can change someone’s day. His life reminds us to take care of our people, to love without limits, and to value family above all else.
He leaves behind his daughter, Kinsley Mae Brown, who will forever carry the light of his love. Also cherishing hismemory are his father, Bernard Lowe; his sisters, Shuquita Brown and Fanethia Brown, both of Augusta, Georgia; and his brothers, Clarence Jackson, Antonio Brown, Faheem Brown, Forace Brown, and Austin Brown.
Chris is preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Brown, and his father, Forace Wesby, who now welcome him into eternal rest.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Though Chris’s time on earth ended far too soon, his legacy lives on in the love he gave, the memories he created, and the lives he forever touched.
Chris will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and eternally cherished.
May he rest in peace. Forever loved. Deeply missed. Always remembered.
