George Hollins

George Hollins, born on October 20, 1987, passed away on July 26, 2023. It is with great sadness that we announce his untimely departure from this world.

George was a beloved member of his community in Augusta, Georgia. He touched the lives of many through his kind heart, and warm smile. His passing leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who knew him.

A visitation service will be held in memory of George at the C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home on August 11, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This gathering will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and acquaintances to come together and share their cherished memories of George.

On August 12th, at the same funeral home at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext., there will be a solemn funeral service to honor George's life. It will begin at 2:30 PM and is intended to celebrate his life and pay tribute to the impact he had on those around him.

Following the funeral service, a burial ceremony will take place at South View Cemetery in Augusta. Starting at 3:00 PM and concluding at 4:00 PM, this final farewell will provide an opportunity for loved ones to say their last goodbyes and find solace in coming together in George's memory.

While we mourn the loss of such an extraordinary soul, let us also celebrate the life of George Hollins. His memory will forever live on in our hearts and minds. May his legacy be an inspiration for us all to live each day with kindness, compassion, and joy.
