Jatitus Keon Bogans, affectionately known as Titus, passed away on May 1, 2026. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, April Lejune Bogans and Steven McCoy, and his brother, Steveance Tate McCoy.
He leaves to cherish his memory a grieving grandmother, Phoebe Jones of Augusta, Georgia.
Titus is survived by his siblings: Niyetroshia Thomas of Augusta, Georgia: JaQuavious McCoy of Augusta, Georgia: Steviana McCoy of Warrenton, Georgia; Daveion Young of Warrenton, Georgia; and Nakiara Dukes of Warrenton, Georgia.
He also leaves behind devoted aunts, Veronica Bogans and Tiffany Chapman; beloved cousins, Azion Bogans and Riciya Bell; and a loving godmother, Caroline (Alonzo) Middleton, along with his godbrothers, Richard Spencer, Earl Spencer Sr., and the late Brandon "Big Bear" Spencer.
Titus was blessed with an abundance of loyal and devoted friends, including Lakeisha Taylor and Verdre Scott Jr. who stood by him with unwavering love and support.
Titus was a cherished brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. He was known for his vibrant personality, kind heart, and the joy and laughter he brought to everyone he encountered. His presence could light up any room, and his humor and energy left lasting impressions on all who knew him.
He loved his family deeply and made sure they felt it. Whether through laughter, support, frequent calls, or simply being present, Titus always showed up when it mattered most.
Titus's life serves as a reminder to love fully, love deeply and cherish every moment. Though his time here was too short, the memories he created and the love he shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
