Keith Omar Cummings

Mr. Keith Omar Cummings, age 52, of Atlanta, GA, departed this life on September 7, 2025. Born on June 28, 1973, in Augusta, GA, he was the beloved son of the late Freeman “Bull” Cummings Jr. and Eleanor Delois Lyons-Cummings.
Keith was educated in the Richmond County School System and was a member of Crawford Grove Baptist Church. He worked as a security professional for many years in Atlanta, GA. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, deep love for his family, and enduring strength.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his children, Bryant D. Cummings and Taylor Cummings; his sister, Jawanna Brown; brothers, Michael Cummings, Freeman Cummings III, Jason Scott, and Quinton Christopher Cummings; loving aunt, Betty Johnson; stepmother, Linda Cummings Ross; and a devoted mother figure, Augustine Brown. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Keith was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Freeman Cummings Sr. and Frances Bennett-Cummings; maternal grandmother, Sallie Johnson; and his brother, Bryant F. Cummings.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. A viewing will be held Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 2-6 p.m. followed by a service on Friday, October 3, at 2:00 p.m. at C. A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home.
