Ola Mae Kelly Gilchrist peacefully transitioned to her eternal life at Pruitt Health on Tuesday May 19th, 2026. Ola leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories with her children: Ernestine (Allen) Miramar, FL, Kenneth (Deborah), Steven (Anita) and Niranda Tiffany all of Augusta, GA. Step-daughters: Alvintene, Augusta, GA, Gail (William), Atlanta, GA; step-son James Atlanta, GA. Devoted brother and sister-in-love: Etroy and Geraldine Kelly, Augusta, GA; sisters: Janie (WIllie) McLeod, Hollywood, FL and Mary (James) Brown, Jamaica, NY; Brother-in-law John (JoAnne) Gilchrist, Augusta, GA; Sister-in-laws: Molly Kelly, Savannah, GA and Lillian Eunice, Bridgeton, Missouri. 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
