Solomon Navir Lanham, a radiant spirit who brought light and energy into the lives of those around him, left this world on June 15, 2025. Born on December 10, 1989, in Augusta, Georgia, Solomon’s journey was filled with passion, creativity, and an unwavering love for his family. He attended Westside High School, where he began to nurture his profound appreciation for music, fashion, baseball, and cooking — interests that not only defined him but also brought joy to many.


To his daughters, Sa'Mayah and Sevyn, Solomon was not just a father; he was a devoted and loving dad who cherished every moment spent with them. His love knew no bounds, and he inspired them to embrace life fully and joyously, leaving behind valuable lessons of kindness and resilience.


Throughout his life, people were drawn to Solomon’s charismatic personality. He had a unique ability to uplift the spirits of those around him, turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. Solomon's stylish demeanor mirrored his colorful personality, which made him a beloved figure among family and friends.


Solomon is survived by a large and loving family who will forever cherish his memory. His father, Solomon Lawson, Jr., his sisters Tiara Henley, Bodecia Harris, Bianca Wimberly, Shaniyah Harris, and his brothers Rashun Lanham, Solomon Paschal, Marquise Lawson, and Laquiaz Davis will hold his memory close to their hearts, alongside his grandmothers Shirley Lanham and Dorothy Freeman, and grandfathers Solomon Lawson, Sr. and Burrell Lanham. He also leaves behind a rich tapestry of relatives, including his uncle James (Peanut) Harris, aunt Sand Harris, and his godmother Patricia Slappy, as well as his godbrother Daminyona McMath. Solomon's legacy continues with his great-aunts Mary Harris, Idell Harris, Louise Mathis, Fannie Livings, and Sidonia Harris, along with his cousin Joncovia Harris and many others who adored him. Each person touched by his warmth will carry forward the love and joy he bestowed upon them.

Solomon was preceded in death by his mother, Freda D. Lanham, whose love undoubtedly continues to guide him.

A visitation to honor Solomon’s life will take place on June 27, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home in Augusta, Georgia. This will be followed by a Celebration of Life on June 28, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM. Friends and family are invited to join together to celebrate the incredible life of Solomon Navir Lanham, a man who truly lived and loved with all his heart.
