Born in the enchanting city of Augusta, Georgia, Thelma was a beacon of light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her journey through life was marked by unwavering grace and tireless dedication to her family and community. Thelma possessed a rare ability to uplift those around her, pouring kindness and warmth into every interaction. She embraced life with an open heart, exemplifying the virtues of understanding and empathy, which endeared her to many.

On the day of her passing, the world dimmed slightly, for a bright spirit departed, leaving behind memories that will be cherished forever. While she is no longer with us in body, her essence will continue to inspire her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.

A visitation to honor Thelma will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home, located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext., Augusta, Georgia, 30901. This gathering will serve as a time for loved ones to come together, sharing stories and reflections on a life beautifully lived.

The celebration of her life will continue with a funeral service on Saturday, July 26, 2025, commencing at 11:00 AM at McElmurray Spring Branch Baptist, situated at 677 Spring Branch Church Rd, Waynesboro, Georgia, 30830. Following the service, Thelma will be interred at the same location, with a solemn interment ceremony beginning at 12:15 PM, where her physical form shall find repose, while her spirit soars.
