Walter Cleveland Smith, Jr. passed away on July 15, 2023, in Augusta, Georgia. He was born on July 9, 1995, in Augusta as well. It is with deep sadness that we announce the loss of Walter, a cherished member of our community.

Walter was a kind-hearted individual who touched the lives of all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His warm smile and gentle demeanor brought comfort and joy to those around him. He will be remembered for his generosity, compassion, and unwavering love for his family and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Walter's life will be held on July 29, 2023, at the C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext. in Augusta, Georgia. The service will begin at 11:00 AM and will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to come together and honor his memory. This memorial service will be a time of reflection, sharing stories, and expressing gratitude for the impact Walter had on all of our lives.
